CUT-OUT DRESS: TOPSHOP | SHOES: CONVERSE

This is my most recent purchase, I'd briefly seen it on the website and just kept on scrolling really, but after seeing it on Katie on her blog I really liked it and when she mentioned that it was only twenty pounds (eighteen pounds with my student discount *smug face*) I didn't give it much hesitation and bought it in my local Toppers the next day.  I think it definitely follows the sports trend which is huuuge right now, but I think it will make a perfect casual look in the summer time too.  (Yes, it only just covers my bum so going sans tights would be a little too brave... Buuut I'll probably do it anyway.)  It would be so easy to just throw a blazer or a jumper over it too, and it can definitely work as a top - I'm pretty sure it's meant to be a tunic - which is a bonus.
I've had  a lovely, chilled weekend but it's back to college for me tomorrow after two weeks off (boooo) so work work work from now until the summer.  Oh, the excitement...
